All images are copyright of Suspended Animation and a notice (Photography ©2007 www.suspended-animation.co.uk) must be printed or displayed next to all printed or published images unless a license has been purchased and a 'use of image' agreement signed.  For websites, the copyright notice, or the image itself, must be hyperlinked to the Suspended Animation Website.  It is permissible to have one copyright notice at the foot of each page where multiple images are used.
Digital images for use in publications of any sort with a distribution or circulation in excess of 1,000 must have a purchased license.

Licensing
If you wish to display or publish our copyrighted images without a copyright notice and/or the distribution or circulation of a printed publication is in excess of 1,000 then you must purchase a license from us and sign a 'use of image' agreement.
The resolution of the image is negotiable as is the license fee and its terms.
