Please note that: We do not post images online anymore due to time commitments at other events and venues. However if there have been any technical problems during the day that prevented us from printing, we will accept email requests for thumbnails of your round. All orders recieved as a result of this method will require £1.50 P+P
Now that the summer Season has finished and the last event of the season has gone at Southcott XC we would like to thank all of our customers old and new for patronising us for another year.I doubt it has been a great year for anybody with inflation,and weather and fuel prices and weather....so thankyou for continuing to support us.Next year.... a heatwave i`ll bet. We will now have a little more time to dedicate to our customers,so would like to offer these additional services. If you were at an event that suspended animation attended and you could not get to see your image, you can now ask us to forward your thumbnails of that missed event. Please only use the "THUMBNAIL eFORM" Top right of the pages menu. There will be some requirements to this service and they are: 1. The event Date is compulsory & class would be a bonus. 2. A Bib Number is very useful but a description of rider/horse and colours etc will also do. But please try to supply as much info as possible (eg.Dark bay 14,3 with overreach boots white blaze , pink numnah,rider wearing pink and blue XC colours) 3. A Name and An email address that works is compulsory so please make sure it is written right.(the number we get that are not…..) 4. A phone number is compulsory just in case of number 3 or any other problem. 5. Please only one event and class per request form. Supply this and we will try our best to find you. Once found we will email your thumbnails to you. (Please note that I do not want to see these on Facebook unless you have bought the image) Facebook and Digital LCD picture frame sized images are now available with very small suspended-animation.co.uk logo at the very bottom (this copyright must be left on the image) these will be supplied in file format and are large enough to post on facebook at 5”x3.5” maximum (any larger and the image quality will deteriorate) or use for other personal pages/uses only. The cost of these images will be £2.50 each (minimum order of 3 images)and providing you do not lose the images can be used as many times as you wish.(not commercial usage). For larger that 5x3.5 approx files please ask us as prices will vary. If for a digital picture frame please supply frame size with request. Eg an 8x6 image files will be £4.50 (minimum order of 3).

Event Photography Suspended Animation Photographers are provided FREE of CHARGE. We print on site so that your guests can walk away with there selected picture. Suspended Animation photographers use professional Mitsubishi and Sony Dye Sub printers for all of our prints (Sony supplied By AGX Holdings) which produce excellent quality and can produce a print in less than 7 seconds. We are Proud to be Nikon affiliated and use the D3 and D2H Nikon Professional camera`s and Nikons Porfessional series IF ED AFS VR lenses.
Childrens Events Suspended Animation takes every care to ensure that pictures of children taken are appropriately used. We never post events involving children onto a standard unprotected website and we do in-depth checks on our photographers, directors and employees. |

printed or displayed next to all printed or published images unless
a license has been purchased and a 'use of image' agreement signed.

Digital images for use in publications of any sort with a distribution or
circulation in excess of 1,000 must have a purchased license.
Licensing
If you wish to display or publish our copyrighted images without a
copyright notice and/or the distribution or circulation of a printed
publication is in excess of 1,000 then you must purchase a license
from us and sign a 'use of image' agreement.
The resolution of the image is negotiable as is the license fee and its terms.
